Please write an email or letter to Discovery Channel / TLC

Sunday, August 15th, 2010

Today I wrote to Discovery Communication,

“I’m like to say I’m surprised that Discovery Communications, a company who frequently claims to be pro-environment, would choose to promote an anti-environment idiot like Sarah Palin, but we all know it’s just about the dollar bills for you. Pathetic. It will not be a difficult decision to drop your networks…”

They probably thought the opening “I’m” was a typo too…

Elizabeth Mitchell ruins another TV show

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

obnoxious Elizabeth Mitchell

To those tv execs with the big idea, “Hey, let’s remake that classic tv show, V.” — you are idiots, I really don’t think you could have botched it any worse… And as if the idea wasn’t shitty enough, you have to go out and cast Elizabeth Mitchell, quite possibly the most annoying chick on television, EVER, except for maybe “It’s Pat, the Movie” which probably doesn’t count in that category because the Pat character was an androgyne. And no, no, no, Mitchell is not “acting”, she’s just reading bad lines badly just like she did when she singlehandedly destroyed LOST. Elizabeth Mitchell is the female crap-acting equivalent of David Caruso.

Harlem Globetrotter pals on “Amazing Race” reality show

Sunday, November 8th, 2009

I got a kick out of the Amazing Race this week, episode 8… Two of my friends and former “co-workers” of the Harlem Globetrotters, Herb “Flight Time” Lang, and Nate “Big Easy” Lofton took first place finding the needle by unrolling huge hay bales. They won a Caribbean trip. Great show…
